INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare a small towel nearby to dry your feet after your ayurvedic bath or soak. Fill your bath or basin with hot water, submerging the reusable & biodegradable Relax Me bag. Allow to seep for 5-10 minutes to make a more potent bath. Wait for the water to cool a bit before you submerge your whole body or simply soak your feet. Relax… and melt your worries away.
Short, tepid baths are recommended in pregnancy rather than a long, hot soak. Be sure to shower after soaking so toxins you’ve sweat out do not get reabsorbed.
